Our medical passes

Without thermal water

We recommend these types of medical treatments for those who wish to improve their complaints in a targeted and effective way, without using the thermal bath.

Physiotherapy and/or physical therapy

At our Medical Spa, we offer therapeutic options designed to relieve musculoskeletal complaints effectively — even without the use of thermal water. These treatments work well on their own, and many guests choose them after completing a complex programme to maintain their results and preserve their condition through regular movement.

We also recommend these therapies to patients for whom thermal-water treatments are medically contraindicated, or to those who, for personal reasons or due to limited time, prefer not to use the spa’s aquatic therapies.

Physiotherapy

Available as a pass of 5 or 10 sessions, each consisting of a 25-minute individual treatment during which the therapist focuses exclusively on you.

A major advantage of these sessions is that you can continue the learned exercises independently at home, allowing you to work on your health every day. During the weekly or biweekly appointments, the physiotherapist checks your movements, adjusts the programme if necessary, and provides new exercises.

Physical therapy

Physical therapy includes a wide range of modalities. The specific treatment recommended by the doctor is prescribed on a personalised basis. The pass includes 10 sessions, as this number of repetitions is generally required for therapies using physical energies. Physical therapy sessions are recommended on a daily basis!

Our medical passes

With thermal water

We recommend our thermal water and water-based treatments to patients who wish to benefit from all the therapeutic effects of the aquatic environment.

The beneficial effects of thermal water are due partly to its physical properties and partly to the chemical characteristics of the dissolved minerals. Hydrostatic pressure stimulates venous and lymphatic circulation, helping stagnant lymph fluid return from the tissues to the veins, thereby increasing blood flow without placing extra strain on the heart. The warm water causes the blood vessels to dilate, improving circulation, boosting metabolism, and enhancing the oxygen supply to the organs, while tense muscles relax and buoyancy reduces the load on the joints.

In addition, each of our thermal-water-based treatments supports healing through its own specific, targeted therapeutic effect.

Thermal water pool therapy, mud packs, traction bath, carbonated bath, medical therapeutic massage, underwater jet massage, and group underwater physiotherapy.

Combined medical passes

Combined thermal-water and dry treatments

Our combined passes include selected dry and thermal-water treatments available at our Medical Spa, choosing the procedures that best match your condition and individual needs.

The descriptions of our various treatments clearly show how versatile and personalised our therapeutic offering is. After taking a detailed medical history and listening to your current complaints, our specialists carry out a thorough physical examination. They then compare the findings with your imaging results to form a comprehensive picture of your condition.

According to current scientific evidence, the most effective approach to musculoskeletal problems is the combination of thermal-water and dry therapies. For this reason, we have designed our range of treatments so that these therapies are available in as many complementary combinations as possible.

Our medical passes

Themed passes

We also offer targeted therapy for patients suffering from diabetes, arteriosclerosis, and coronary artery disease.

Perhaps few people are aware that some of the treatments available at our Medical Spa are not only effective for musculoskeletal complaints, but can also have beneficial effects on certain internal medicine-related symptoms.

The treatments included in the programmes below help dilate the capillaries of the limbs, thereby reducing certain symptoms caused by vascular constriction, which typically manifest as cramping pain in the lower leg or calf muscles. Vascular constriction can affect anyone, but it is particularly common among heavy smokers and patients with diabetes, as arteriosclerosis is a frequent complication of diabetes. Thanks to their vasodilating effect on the coronary arteries, these treatments also improve the blood supply to the heart, which can significantly enhance long-term health outcomes.

Our recommended themed programmes:

  • Circulation-boosting programme 1: thermal water pool therapy, carbonated bath, underwater jet massage, Bemer vascular therapy
  • Circulation-boosting programme 2: thermal water pool therapy, carbonated bath, underwater jet massage, Bemer vascular therapy, vascular exercise
