Aranka Groszmann
Administrator
I have been working for the Medical Spa for 15 years. Over this time, I have supported various teams in different bath facilities, taking on a wide range of responsibilities. By nature, I am cheerful and welcoming, and I always strive to greet our patients with kindness.
Éva Agneta Berki
Administrator
I have been working at BGY since 2015. In 2017, I joined the Complex Physiotherapy Department as a hospital administrator and cashier. My primary task is to coordinate patients’ treatments throughout their stay, ensuring their therapy schedule runs smoothly. This is not an easy job, as many factors must be taken into account, but I truly enjoy my work and the team I am part of.
Bernadett Kata Csiszler
Medical Coordinator
I graduated from the Budapest Business University with a degree in Health Tourism Economics. I began working at Budapest Spas and Thermal Baths Co. in 2010, and since 2012 I have served as Deputy Bath Manager. In 2018, I was honoured with the “Employee of the Year” award.
I am currently a dedicated member of the Complex Physiotherapy Department at Széchenyi Medical Spa. My mission is to support our patients’ recovery by assisting with all queries related to their treatment, ensuring the optimal allocation of medical services, and using my experience in operations and coordination to support my colleagues so that we can provide care at the highest possible standard.
Bea Lukácsné L.
Administrator
I have been working at BGY since 2006, serving as a hospital administrator in the Complex Physiotherapy Department. My responsibilities include liaising with patients, booking appointments and managing the related administrative tasks, handling supply requests, and performing all duties necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the department as needs arise.
I enjoy working with our patients, and I value both my job and my colleagues — we truly have a great team.
