In my daily work, I support the department’s operational functioning, and with my qualifications as a nurse and physiotherapy assistant, I also take part in providing treatments when cover is required.

I have been working as a healthcare assistant at the Széchenyi Complex Medical Spa Department since 2022, and I have 35 years of experience in healthcare. My duties are wide-ranging: I support our doctors in the consulting rooms, assist patients during their care, and work closely with my colleagues. It means a great deal to me that patients leave with a smile, feeling refreshed and satisfied, and sharing positive feedback.

I have been working in healthcare for 33 years. My responsibilities are varied: I support our doctors in the consulting rooms and assist with patient care across the department. Throughout their stay, I help patients with everything they need, working in close cooperation with my colleagues. I maintain strong links between our trained therapists, patients and doctors as part of a team-based approach. The joy of my work lies in the positive feedback we receive year after year from returning patients about their improving condition — all thanks to the professional expertise, warm attitude and supportive environment we provide. They are happy to recommend us to their friends and acquaintances.
