Szabina Kincses
I have been working in hospitality and retail for nearly twenty years, gaining experience in a wide range of roles and workplace cultures. My original qualification is as a pharmacy assistant, which has taught me precision, thoroughness and a strong sense of responsibility. A few years ago, I found my true calling in the world of spas and thermal baths, where I continue to work today. I feel that this environment allows me to make the best use of my interpersonal skills, flexibility and the openness that has always defined my approach to work. Continuous development and learning are important to me, whether that means mastering new systems or adopting guest-experience-focused practices. What brings me the most joy in my work is seeing guests leave satisfied and enriched by positive experiences — and I strive every day to contribute to that in my own way.

I began my career in 2011 at the Széchenyi Thermal Bath as a therapeutic massage therapist. As a complete newcomer to the profession, I quickly became a valued member of the team thanks to my kind and supportive colleagues — all outstanding professionals. In 2023, I felt it was time for a change, which led me to the Complex Medical Spa Care Department at the Széchenyi Thermal Bath. My current role is ticket clerk/patient coordinator. My main responsibility is to provide comprehensive information about the department’s operations and the conditions under which medical treatments can be accessed.
I believe that first impressions are extremely important, which is why kindness, empathy and patience must be an everyday part of our work. After all, we are the first point of contact for patients who come to us seeking healing.
