I graduated as a physiotherapist from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Semmelweis University in 2014, and I have been working as Head of Medical Services for over 10 years, the last four of which at Budapest Spas and Thermal Waters Co. During this time, I have developed a unique perspective that allows me to understand processes from both the patient care and service provider sides, supporting operations, workflow organisation, and professional practice alike.

What I value most about working in the medical spa environment is the kindness and professionalism with which my colleagues treat our patients — without these, everything else would be in vain.
